Key observations:
The Aggreko Report provides insights into what is important to the organisation from a strategic perspective as well as the connections between the different components of the company's business model, external factors and resources and management's expectations for the future.
Specifically, the Report explains how the company is organized around two different business models, with explanation of principal activities, markets and products and services in each. In addition the report describes customers and the competitive environment. To provide context the Report also provides an overview of the market and the drivers of growth that affect the organization’s ability to create and sustain value in the short, medium and long term.
The strategic objectives and strategies to achieve those objectives are outlined, highlighting how things have changed and the link between the group strategy and different business line operational strategies.
In addition key resources and relationships on which the company depends on to deliver the strategy are described, including people, physical assets, financial resources and supply chain.
KPIs are used a measures of the longer-term health of the business and to monitor progress in implementing the Group's strategic objectives. Information regarding financial performance is integrated with information regarding performance with respect to other capitals.
