Key observations:

Unicredit’s stakeholder engagement pages demonstrate how they understand their priorities in order to determine the best way for creating long-term value. On page 26 there is a table showing who the Group’s main stakeholders are, which dialogue tool is used to engage with each stakeholder group and which company departments are involved in each engagement. On the opposite page, there is a materiality matrix that highlights which issues are most important to stakeholders and what Unicredit’s approach is to each issue is.
