Key observations:

It is far more important to learn where the organisation wants to go that where it is coming from. Traditional (financial) reporting contains mostly historical oriented information and normally very little information on expected future developments – the latter generally only for the near future. EnBW not only states where it stands now, compared to its strategic goals, but also where it wants to be in 2020.
