Key observations:

The diagram on page 52 effectively highlights the components of Dellas' value creation process.  Each type of value is identified using color-coded circles and is linked to the various capitals employed and managed by the company.  Connectivity is further established by indicating the relevant stakeholders and the channels utilized to involve these parties.  Dellas has also identified specific KPIs used to monitor performance and the achievement of objectives set out by the company.  Item 8 in the table highlights achievements reached in 2014 and provides an outlook on activities and priorities for 2015.
