Key observations:

Vodacom provides a concise overview of how the business distributes the value which the business has created, whilst providing an insight into the company's philosophy for creating value – "by investing in our ability to give our customers more of what they want, we grow this virtuous cycle of value".

Vodacom then go onto identify the five strategic priorities of the business which underpin the process of creating value. Within this discussion, Vodacom also identify the goals for the business for two years time under each strategic priority, making the discussion more future focused.
