Key observations:

Natura's vision and focus on sustainability is presented in a concise two-page overview.  The discussion centers on its recently launched sustainability vision that is aligned with the overall business strategy and intended to transform the way that Natura creates value in every dimension of its activities. The company has established a number of targets that it is committed to achieving by 2020, and divided these targets into three interdependent pillars: Brands & Products, Out Network, and Management & Organization.  Each performance target is detailed in the table on page 17, alongside a description of the company's 2014 performance (with KPIs) and a status icon indicating progress to date.

Providing further context for its sustainability vision, Natura has identified five new priority topics on its materiality matrix. These five areas are consistent with the company's strategic directives for 2050 and are also in line with the 2020 ambitions.  These priority topics are intended to guide the company's management and interactions with key stakeholders and society.
